Punthill Apartment Hotel - Little Bourke

Nice big rooms, awesome to have the dryer and washing machine facilities as well as basic cooking items.

It felt slightly dated.

Great location right in the heart of Melbourne

They were doing renovations on the floor while we were there, no carpet in the hallway etc, would have been nice to get a heads up

Worth for money, strategic location, easy access to CBD

Rooms smelt like mould, mould on carpet were told there was flooding week prior.

Staff are very helpful and friendly 🙂

Fire alarm went off due to people doing cooking in the middle of the night

Everything was good

Location is really good but the rooms need updating the room we had this time was grotty need new carpets, mattress curtains

Price. Actual room was clean and bed comfortable.

First allocated a room which had not been made up and was a mess. Reallocated another room where the bath/shower water splitter was broken meaning bath had to be filled from shower head. Carpets on both floors I was sent to were pulled up from lift to room (bare concrete) and lower 20cm section of wall in same areas cut out. I presume some sort of water damage had occurred recently but was never informed or warned that the floor hallways would look like a construction site. No face washers so had to use large hand towels for bath.
