Location to the city

The room was very disappointing, it needs carpet to be replaced as well as the lounge. The spa bath was badly stained and a waste of space ,would have been a better bathroom with a shower. The little cocaroaches were not good either.

Tv was tiny, our room didn’t get serviced 2 of our 3 days when requested. It was bit to noisy, some Blockout blinds to help reduce noise level levels would be good.

Canceled my reservation without telling me. I was sitting in the lobby on the phone to someone asking how to check in and she told me it was canceled and refused to book me a room. Had to find a room at 10.30 at night. I am a young female traveling alone

Staff left me without a room in the middle of the night refused to give me a room even though they had all my details and rooms were available

the bathroom was starting to look a bit tired because the timber trim wasn't timber but MDF which doesn't like water. Also the hallways were in the middle of renovations. Apart from that everything else was up to expectation. The staff were very good and helpful. It was within 20-30 minutes of walking distance from most of our activities

The traffic in Little Burke St was horrendous on Friday and Saturday nights, but was ok mostly.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location; the room was comfortable. We liked having the pod machine (we did have to ask for more pods) and the kitchen facilities were great.

There was a lot of noise in the evening from outside, and often people hanging out in the area around the entrance. The bathroom needed a deep clean; there was mould in the grout and in the fan.

The staff as always are friendly and professional. The location is perfect, very close to multiple theatres and lots of shopping and dining, as well as access to trams, buses and trains. So a short walk to catch a tram to St Kilda and South Melbourne Markets, Bourke St Mall or Docklands, NGV, Arts Centre and Southbank/Southgate, and walking distance to QV and multiple shopping areas. Lots and lots of fabulous food is within a few minutes. One evening after lots of walking I fell asleep on the lounge and woke up at 7:01 pm. The show I was going to at the Comedy Theatre was due to start at 7:00, so I left the apartment at 7:02 and arrived at the theatre in a couple of minutes, so only missed the first two (great location).

I was 'upgraded' to a one bedroom apartment with a spa bath. I'm short and in my 60s, so climbing in to have a shower was awkward as I had to hold on to the door jamb, and getting out was even more difficult; straddling the side of a tub wasn't something that I had imagined doing on my trip. The TV was a bit old and had lost about half of the free to air channels, and there was no way to rescan without admin access.
