"Overall it’s okay"

What I like are, surrounded with many restaurants, cafes , grocery store and malls. Everything is walking distance. Pet friendly as well.

The thing I don’t like is, in the night when you’re going to sleep are too noisy from outside.

Property currently being renovated which wasn’t disclosed on booking but no tradie noise - just no floor coverings in lift/hallways.

Closer to the restaurant , shopping malls and also hospital.

Carpet is under maintained and in the night is quite so noisy

Location

Fridge wasn't cleaned out. There was still a bottle of coke in there . Lifts seemed a bit dodgy to work at times . Noisy on Saturday night.

"Great location and comfortable enough facilities for a one night stay"

Location was excellent. We stayed at the property to watch a show at Her Majesty’s Theatre and it was just 50m away so just a very short walk.

The absence of carpet/floor covering on the hallway which makes it look very tired and unkempt.
