"Not a good experience"

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable

Where to start. Our room was obviously not fully cleaned. We arrived later in the evening, around 8pm, and you could tell the floors were not cleaned. There were crumbs and things still on the floor. The bathroom was clean, but there were little black hairs throughout the bathroom. Was also extremely loud. People were running back and forth through the hallways throughout the night. Our room was near the stairwell, and people were obviously smoking Marijuana in there. The entire hallway stunk of it and it was coming into our room. Overall, would not stay again.

The location was good.

The sheets were dirty and had to wait for breakfast. The food and juice dispenser ran out and had to wait almost 30 minute for them to bring more out. My key card was deactivated and had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated.

Room wasn’t vacuumed, there were beans on the floor under the desk, Reece cup wrappers on the night stand as well as something sticky. Shower didn’t drain. Pool area didn’t have any towels clean. No pictures were taken I didn’t want to embarrass anyone. I’m normally not the one to leave a review but this needed to be addressed.

I absolutely love this hotel. It has amazing service, and amazing rooms. It was a spectacular experience. Will we return when when visit this location again!!! I'll recommend it to everyone!

I didn't like it when we had to leave! I absolutely adore this hotel. It's top notch!

Breakfast was good but one morning the waffle batter was extra thick and lumpy but edible.

Ceiling fans and vent dirty above the breakfast food and toilet in the room had some brown gunk stuck in the seat hinge. Couch in room was very, very dirty especially on the arms. Remote control for tv had its batteries taped on the back to hold them in. Rooms should also have paper towels in them.
