"Exceptional"

Wonderful property, amenities, service, friendliness. The accommodations were great, clean and very big and we appreciated much that they would even offer us an upgrade. We were there only to catch early flight out nearby and they even prepared us a small carry on breakfast for us! Only downside, we should have spent the time to enjoy the place more than we had

"Nice place"

Overnight stay near airport for early departure. Nice room, and I was upgraded to a suite. I was disappointed that I had to pay for airport shuttle. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Lovely place"

"Expensive and not worth it "

For the price you pay, i don't think this place is worth the money. Found hairs in the bed which didn't belong to me. The swimming pool we didn't use as they wanted to keep my credit card details as a deposit. It all looks very grand but apart from the reception staff it was below standard.

Fantastic Hotel, rooms very spacious, comfortable, clean. Wonderful facilities around the complex. Food is delicious, wide variety to choose for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful

"Tired"

Disappointing. Hotel in need of renovation, and leaves you with a tired feeling even before you find out how uncomfortable and in need of refreshing your room is. The only perk of this hotel is it’s location to the airport - a rare option for TLV, but perhaps the longer drive is now worth it. Reception couldn’t be bothered and we had to initiate all conversation just to check in. Not wholly unexpected to the service style we experience throughout Israel, but still on the more extreme end of cold even given that cultural consideration. Will drive further to stay elsewhere without a second thought in the future.
