Location was convenient

It was very good and comfortable. I ordered a room and get suite 😃

The hotel is very old, and hasn't been renovated for a very long time. Rugs are very dirty, so is the floor. It looks and feels like a roach motel from the 90's. As for Covid19 - don't go there. Just don't. They don't keep social distancing, not cleaning, not making sure everyone wears masks. Breakfast buffet is a mess, and should be avoided, especially during Corona pandemic.

On the most part everything is excellent. The couple of issues are that the rooms can use a bit of renovation and the kitchen had sporadic hours, so there were a couple of times we had to go out for a meal. other than that, the service and staff were excellent. The swimming pool and workout facilities were also very good! Would definitely return.

The coronavirus outbreak meant that the hotel was not operating at usual levels. That said, there was misinformation between the desk and the restaurant. The first night, we had to order pizza delivery because the restaurant closed early. The desk staff was caught off-guard and was reluctant to help. At least we DID have food service through our stay. I had an incident of plaster falling from the ceiling in my bedroom which required a change of rooms. The lobby is very welcoming. The carpet in the hallways and the furniture in the rooms is getting tired and needs an update. The pillows were soft and comfortable. Nice selection of television channels. There were a bunch of young people staying in the hotel rooms (as expected). We were happy to be in the suite half of the hotel. There is an onsite post office.

Good property. Far from restaurants or city walks

Over hyped and more expensive than should be. Too far from airport to be a good transition hotel
