Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence Airport by IHG

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of foods especially the warm cinnamon rolls! The bed was comfortable.

Some refurbishment is needed for instance to the curtains.

Hotel staff were friendly but possibly short staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned / refreshed unless we asked. Hotel shows signs of needing a Reno especially in bathrooms: peeling wallpaper, hole in wall from removed something, scratches an weird splotches in paint etc. The worst part was the showers not having enough hot water. Unless you took shower at odd times you had tepid water.

The shower faucet changed temp without notice

snowed out of my house from the storm had to get a room. The first room smelled like an ashtray so after I complained, he gave me a great suite which was lovely but still the hotel is very dated.

No food

Good breakfast, good bed, good room. Pool was a plus.

Nothing

The breakfast was great. The receptionist was very informative and convinced us to stay another night since their was a storm in NY.

I did not like that coffee was not offered at the entrance while you check in. The pool had a lot of Chlorine , it became uncomfortable

Gostei do quarto amplo, cama grande, confortável, roupas de cama limpas bem arrumadas todos os dias, toalhas trocadas e bem lavadas.

Hotel não tem um lobby confortável para hóspedes.
