La cercanía al aeropuerto y el servicio de recogida. Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. El recepcionista del turno de noche que estaba a las 5 am fue muy amable y atento.

Fue horrible llegar y no poder ducharnos ya que según el recepcionista había una avería general en el hotel y no disponían de agua caliente. Para mí eso es inaceptable, ya que incluso por la mañana seguía sin haber agua caliente. El recepcionista no fue precisamente empático. Además cuando llamamos para que nos vinieran a recoger le colgó a mi hijo el teléfono y después tb a booking cuando intento contactar con el hotel.

"A comfortable place to stay near PVD"

The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with the excellent addition of hot cinnamon rolls. There are some good restaurants within a short drive and it is very convenientally located near the TF Green airport with regular shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel could use some updating. The water in the shower was very slow to warm up. While we were staying there, there was some snow and ice on the ground and there were parts of the parking area and sidewalks which were not plowed or treated. However, it was helpful to have the covered area in front for dropping off and picking up.
