The quick response to any questions, the friendly staff and they had awesome nighttime treats!

Nothing really. The room I paid for online had a king size bed and sofa. When we got there there was no sofa. I called down and within 5 minutes we were in a room that had both.

I was in Room 221 and the sink stopper did not work. My 90 year old mom was washing her face and stopped to sink to hold the water, then could pull the stopper up, therefore the water couldn’t drain. We were told the maintenance would be there and never came to fix it so we had to do everything from the bathtub, wash hands, brush teeth, wash all done in the bathtub🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

We didn't get to the pool but maybe next time we visit. When we travel to Tyler and stay over we will be staying again . The breakfast was delicious. We have stayed at other hotels in Tyler and this one made us feel like home. The staff was very professional and so friendly. From the front office to the housekeeping staff were the best. Thank you 😊 God bless.

We couldn't stay longer.
