"The stay was basically comfortable."

Both hot and cold breakfast was available. The coffee was good. When the batteries went dead on the TV remote at 10pm, the front desk person ran a new set up to us.. we appreciated that.

The key cards were difficult to use. We had them reset for our room and side outside door and we still had difficulty with them. The dining area was uncomfortable.... chairs were old and warn. We ended up taking our food back up to our room.

"Horrible customer service"

Was not able to stay.

The person at the front desk could not find my reservation made with booking.com. she was very rude and got really offended when the booking.com agent called to find out what happened. When I called back to see if there were any rooms available, she just flat out said no and hung up. Did not look, did not even tried

The breakfasts was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was not good. We couldn’t get in the side doors with our cards and everyone else had the same issue. From where we parked it would have been very convenient., we attempted to get in to that building through the side door and had to walk around front in the pouring rain. I told the staff all they said was if must be the rain causing it that wasn’t true because it didn’t work when it wasn’t raining and others were equally mad about it. Also had issues getting into the room

The sauna and heated pool were great and breakfast was delicious! The stay was so comfortable! I slept like a Queen
