Breakfast was disappointing! Coffee was good.
There wasn't a remote for the TV, no washcloth's, No ice bucket in the room. The bed was a little better than my car.

Convenient off highway. Rooms were older but clean. Need was comfortable
Asked for an extra pillow, was told they had none. Was not helpful advising where to have food delivered. Breakfast was done come cereal, out of coffee and some bread for toast. Not much selection at all

check-in process was good AC worked very well; overall, the room was clean
Had to call maintenance regarding the TV's working I expected to have a refrigerator and microwave The elevator wasn't working at the end of my stay. I was on the 3rd floor, and had to bring all my bags down the stairs (3 trips)

Hotel viejo que necesita urgente remodelación, nos asignaron habitaciones donde el sofá cama no estaba n las sábanas y tuvimos que preparar nosotros y el colchón estaba muy sucio. No nos dejaron servicio de papel higiénico ni de elementos de aseo personal y tuvimos que reclamarlos en recepción. El desayuno muy precario sin variedad. No volvería a hospedarme
