The Regal Hotel

NO, RUN. I hate leaving bad reviews but this hotel screwed us so bad. Checked in, they had to change our room then charged us more. When booking they offered breakfast, when we arrived they are horrible under construction and only had chips for cash. The construction was so un safe there were screws on the floors the rooms and hallways were all dusty. The lady at the counter wasn't the nicest. Look around first. I will be contacting Expedia.

The bathtub and shower walls were dirty. The room's floors looked like they haven't been swept in weeks. Trash was under the beds. Gross. If you don't like your job, quit. Let the hotel hire people who actually care. Hallway had stale kitchen smells like people cook in their rooms. Felt so transient.

The downstairs looked nice. But we stayed upstairs. The base boards were coming off in the room and hallway. The bed had a dip in it.The shower looked like it had mold on the walls in all the cracks and roaches i saw in the bathroom.

Sink did not work hot or cold, no water at all. Bed was hard I could feel the springs through the mattress. Used bar soap in bath tub Towel did not look clean

Room was very nice except the bathroom. The bathroom was very dirty and the hot water took about 15 minutes to warm up. The staff were very friendly.

The ice machine was broken. I bought ice at a convivence store and was reimbursed the next morning. No breakfast was provided 1/16/23 due to covid?

Couldn’t really see much staff was working nights

The caulking around the tub in the bathroom was peeling off and very mildewed, the tub its self was rusty and stained. The bathroom fllor was nasty with hairabd in need of a good sweep and mop. The bed spread had stains and the sheets were thread bare.

Room was clean and cleaned during our 2 night stay. Stayed here before and will stay here again.

There one night for a family trip. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, very quite and the staff was very nice. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.
