I wish the bar would have had more than hot dogs

I loved the decor and cleanliness. I loved the shower. The complimentary breakfast was just just right. The rooms have been remodeled and updated. Not what you would expect at first impression.

The room was very clean but had an odd odor when you first walked in. I didn't notice it after. It may just have been closed up and needed some fresh air.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nicely renovated

Door seals have large gaps, very uncomfortable and sketchy parking garage. I (female) checked in with my friend (female), who has also worked as a hotel front desk staff for many years, followed by a group of men. As the men waited to check in, the front desk staff openly said our room number and how to get to our room out loud. Which, is not okay. You don’t say a room number out loud with other people present, because you don’t know other peoples intentions. Once in the room, one of Our blankets had a blood stain. This isn’t even a hotel, it is a motel. All access to the rooms are from outside. Although the Marigold (previous motel in this location) was god awful and a blessing it shut down, there are remembrance that still linger.

Breakfast wasn’t much.
