The Hotel Pendleton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

It was lipstick on a pig. It was an old hotel refurbished but it still had the look and feel of the old hotel on the outside. The parking pavement was bumpy and the parking was tight. Yes, the room was nice but we did not feel safe where we were.

Too much inside the old town, too much like a motel 6 or worse on the outside, too small of a room, no hair dryer, not an extra chair to watch tv with. (The desk had a chair but not a spare one for the spouse) We will not be coming back.

In the first room I was given, the blinds we’re broken and literally hanging off the rails, No one who works at the hotel could possibly have not noticed. In the second room, I couldn’t take a shower because brown water came out of the bath faucet. So I let it run until clear, but the drain was barely draining, so the tub started to fill up. I waited a couple of minutes to let it drain (one-half inch, turn on the shower and the tub started to fill up again due to the drain being partially clogged. It’s no wonder after seeing all of the rust come out when I first turned it on. The bed was very hard and there was no lounging chair. The only chair in the room is a cheap desk chair that was placed under the counter where the coffee maker is, so there’s no reason to even have that office chair. There are no hotel amenities. Breakfast is packets of oatmeal, apples and oranges, hard-boiled eggs in plastic, yogurt, and pre-packaged, very sad looking, cheap danishes. This is an old, run down hotel that Wyndham bought and upgraded things like nightstand lights and bathroom fixtures. It’s lipstick on a pig. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Not the motels fault. That area of town is a little sketchy. It's just the way it is these days. It was a convenient location for our needs no matter what. We had no issues.

Walls were thin, curtains let a lot of light in.

The location is great! Right in the middle of town! The room was clean and nice! The staff was extremely nice and personable.

The walls are thin so we could hear everyone and every thing. Nothing you can really do about it though

The lady that helped us check in she was awesome and very friendly 😁

The room door didn't close all the way and you could not watch TV if you had lights on behind bed.
