I liked the check-in process; the room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Our stay was satisfactory.

I did not like the parking, which is something we cannot change, and our bathroom was not fully clean as there was hair in the shower and trash still in the trashcan.

"Disappointed in the status of the room."

Location, lounge and pool table on premises and parking was great.

King bed pillows were less than desirable, very flat. Bed definitely needs a mattress pad and a blanket as well. Toilet seat is leaking so floor towel was wet, turning on the shower both times the water was brown, fridge froze everything so food didn't keep or drinks as well.

Upgraded for sure

Locals are not permitted. And being how I paid online there is a lack of communication between booking.com and the establishment. I am trying to get my money back but both are telling me I have to take it up with the other. It's not good. All the locals aren't locals. Some may have an issue and can not stay at their home and need to utilize the local motels. I guess Pendleton people are all garbage and can't be trusted. Was the message I get from all of this. I would just appreciate my money back. $153 ain't cheap.

"Convenient one night stay."

It was convenient, a pretty good price and the idea of what they are trying to do to make it an old hotel with updated features is something that I like. It was convenient to restaurants in town that you could walk to. The staff was really friendly, which was a plus!

Kind of odd features in the rooms like light switches in a strange places and they could use a towel rack next to the sink. The parking lot was full of junk, dirt and dust which kinda was bad as it caused tracking things into the room. The breakfast was just OK.
