"We would stay here again"

We loved the location because it’s right downtown and you could walk to everything. There was also a bar lounge. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t open. The rooms were all remodeled. The beds were very comfortable.

The only problem we had was the first room we were given the TV was broken. They came right up tried to fix it, but couldn’t so they gave us a different room.

Breakfast was so-so, but the staff (many still in training) were friendly and helpful. Rooms were being renovated and were clean and cozy. Location, we thought, was great. Easy to walk around downtown Pendleton, with many great bars and restaurants to choose from.

The room was filthy, clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the bedding had been used and not changed. After calling the staff, they brought clean sheets and blankets. The staff were very polite, but the room was truly filthy; there were urine stains on the toilet, and hair and trash on the floor. It was a terrible experience.
