The Hotel Pendleton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Pre check-in was nice and actually did speed things up. check out was the same. Location is great small parking outside, parking down below, and some street parking. Room was clean, just as advertised. Check in staff were very kind and welcoming.

Bathroom had a damp smell. Also bathroom had a smell after flushing not sure if it’s plumping from that room or another it wasn’t the whole time but the damp smell was there the whole time also found some hair in the tub not the end of the world to me especially with the rest of the room being so clean.

Easy ofF street parking in downtown, close to other businesses

The property was well maintained, nicely remodeled, with a great location to downtown businesses.

Downtown location walking distance to food and stores.

Rooms were poorly remodeled. Fixtures falling off, gaps in the walls to the outside around the door and heating unit. We were put in a room without sheets on one of the beds and not enough towels. In the middle of the night someone tried to get in our room because we were apparently put in the wrong room. They called us in the morning to find out who we were and where we were staying. The breakfast was weak as well. No hot water, no fruit, only A couple of each item.

Location in downtown. Continental breakfast.

Bed uncomfortable. And why just 3 pillows on a king bed? Continental breakfast was scaled back.

This was not a traditional Wyndham property.

Great location! Friendly staff.

Very little water pressure. Continental breakfast was underwhelming.
