À besoin de beaucoup de rénovations, surtout à l’extérieur et l’intérieur devrait être rafraîchi. Un pic bois est venu frapper sur le mur extérieur de notre chambre à 6h00 du matin. Il y avait plusieurs trous dans le mur extérieur qui était en bois et des oiseaux y logeaient dans le mur!!!

The supervisor was the only nice one everything else was terrible.

It was dirty. Bugs in the mattress, so much dust, blood drops on wall near bathroom, dirty towels and sheets. When I told the girl that was working at front desk she switched me to another room, it was dirty as well. So she found another room then. This one was the least dirty room they had. As someone’s who’s travelled to 30 countries I’ve never experienced anything like this. There also must have been mold or mites in the room because of the pigeon problem they have because I was itchy and my nose was stuffy (I was having an allergic reaction to either dust or mites). I work up with bed bug bites. So the next day I went to get raid and bug sprays. I requested a refund and was told I would receive a discount from the manager. The manager never spoke to me. I couldn’t find any other accommodation in the area for the week and I couldn’t leave because I was here for work but it got so bad I left early I could not stand the bugs and the allergies. I was told I could get the money refunded as I left a day early but again no update on that either. I have a recording of the girl telling me she’d talk to the manager and I took pictures of everything.

The room was large and comfortable

It is walkable to town but steep uphill on return

There was homeless people in the nearby carpark

Friendly staff, easy check in/out, complimentary breakfast/snacks, plenty of parking, cute "chic cowgirl" vibe with pink accents. Comfy beds, good view from a patio off the 2nd floor room.

The flight of stairs & long walk hauling luggage to the upper floor room wasnt as convenient as having an elevator or 2nd stair case option.

Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Beautiful view from the large windows.

Breakfast setup is very poor! In the office, the breakfast items were in several different areas with very few instructions. Only 1 chair at the small table in our room

Hôtel tranquille avec parking et petit dejeuner pour un prix raisonnable

Great for a one night stopover. Rooms were clean enough and the beds comfortable. Having read the reviews of this hotel, it is obvious that it listens and puts things right. Great view.

Hébergement bien situé,literie confortable et chambre avec une belle vue. Petit plus le petit déjeuner inclus est très apprécié, sans oublier la disponibilité du personnel.

Manque d'une bouilloire dans la chambre et d'un micro onde.
