Location and the staff were friendly.

We didn't have any cold water, so our sink and shower were scalding hot, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The base board heater didn't work, and the USB charger didn't work.

Good stop to break up our drive between Whistler and Jasper. Free breakfast was a great touch! Restaurant had an excellent Saturday dinner buffet.

Room had very little natural lighting making it feel dark.

Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, did the job. Boiled eggs, yogart, pancakes, instant oatmeal, juice boxes, fruit. Self serve from 7am - 11am

Room could have been more thurouhly cleaned. Baseboards, bathroom floor corners. Needs to be completely dusted, ledges, lamp shades etc. Needs some updating in bathroom 228. Shampoo and conditioner too much of a perfumey smell, could not imagine a guy using these, should be unscented. Sheets left me feeling itchy every morning. No microwaves in room.

Location was good. Staff were friendly.

The room amenities were lacking. Toilet roll dispenser was broken. The bathtub facets leaked, and water temperature hard to balance. Bathroom sink had little pressure, so water stream was low. The USB charging ports were also broken, glad we brought converters so we could plug in our chargers.
