Disappointing experience with mold issues in multiple rooms. Staff didn't seem to prioritize resolving the problem. Not what I expected from a hotel. Might not be the best fit for everyone.

The price was right. A good value for the money.

I like the fact that the staff gave me my money back quickly

I did not like the way that the Red roof inn looked they don't look anything like the pictures it is rundown it is old it is dirty it is not a good place to stay honestly.

Nice place to stay.

Room was clean. Door lock was loose and the door didn't close tight. We asked about changing rooms, but was told that we would not be bothered. We moved the table in front of the door for peace of mind. A hole in the bathroom door and trim loose in bathroom with several water damaged ceiling tiles.

Good

The staff was very friendly. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable; the pillows were very flat. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, dry cereal, or toast/bagels. I would have liked some fresh fruit, a yogurt, or some hard-boiled eggs-something with protein.

The property was in disrepair. The floor in our room was in bad shape. The walls needed to be repainted. The air conditioning barely worked we couldn’t get it cool in our room. We couldn’t get a signal on the tv and when we told the front desk they never came to fix it. The stairwell had loose steps.
