"Charged Twice"

I prepaid for my stay months in advance but the property charged me again during check out insisting that it showed on their system that it wasn’t a prepaid stay. It took numerous calls to get it fixed.

"Great experience! Perfect location for Allstate Arena events. Surprisingly quiet."

Joel at the front desk was very amicable and pleasant to work with when we had an issue. In spite of LOTS of families with kids present for the concert we were attending, staff remained friendly!

Ran out of pool towels (due to the unusually large number of families using it). Rooms were slightly overbooked so a King with sofa sleeper was substituted for the 2 double beds we requested, but the staff was apologetic and helpful.

"Um hotel funcional e bem localizado."

Quartos e banheiros confortáveis e excelente localização. Muito prático e funcional, atende bem pelo custo benefício. O estacionamento era perto da entrada, o que foi bom.

O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram estava cheirando mal. A recepcionista não foi muito colaborativa na hora de trocar de quarto, mas depois fomos colocados em quartos bons.

I am vegetarian with gluten allergy and they don’t have not even bread. Also I requested for early check in while booking but at 11.35 I reached though they have room but they say I have to pay 25 dollars for early check in. I been coming this hotel for almost 4 years I haven’t come cross this situation ever. Which is not sound good.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a frustrating experience with billing. I was charged twice on my credit card — one charge through Booking.com for $205.69 and another charge of $229.62 by the hotel at check-in. Both charges have already been posted to my account, not pending. This situation left me confused and disappointed, especially because no clear explanation was provided. I hope the hotel can clarify why this happened and resolve the issue quickly. Guests should not have to worry about being charged twice for a one-night stay.
