Free shuttle service from and to the airport. Staff were exceptional and friendly.

Difficult to find the hotel shuttle at the airport. Hotel room was a little noisy due to proximity to the airport and proximity to the airport.

"We enjoyed our stay here for the location and the staff was very friendly."

We stayed here to go to an event at the Allstate Area. It was very convenient because we could park at the hotel and walk to the Arena. Staff was great and breakfast was good.

Since it’s right by the airport and the expressway it is kind of noisy but it didn’t bother us.

Overall, a convenient location, though the shuttle only picks up every 40 minutes and the return trip route is convoluted., mixing drop off and pickup. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. WiFi was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and professional both on check in and check out. Hotel decor is dated. but clean and functional
