Rooms re too small and no microwave

I am a regular Hyatt customer and have stayed at dozens of Hyatt properties in US. This property didn’t meet my expectations due to two reasons. 1) The while non-asian employee working the checkout should be retrained on customer service. Go check the video or ask the other asian employee 2) The breakfast selection should be improved

It was ok for the price!

Waited 50 minutes for the shuttle.

The staff was great!!

The hotel was dirty, the elevators.The windows were filthy down by the lobby and in our room. They left dirty linen in the hallway for over 24 hours. Food bag left in the hallway with everything spilled all over on the floor. We weren't notified that our room had no tub. The garbage can lid in the bathroom was all dirty. We were at this hotel 3 years ago and everything was perfect. The price of the room was too high for the quality and cleanliness we received. That's all I have to say, just very disappointing!!

Airport flight path directly over hotel and planes land every few seconds. Bring a sound machine- especially for high floors. We had one and it helped with noise but our friends did not have one. Parking was horrible. Most parking is beside and behind hotel in a lot with most lights not working. Not a secure feeling. Very difficult to find a spot if you arrive after 8:30 PM. Room temperature was very unpleasant 3 of our 4 days. No individual room units - entire hotel is switched either to heat or air conditioning. Individuals cannot control if it’s heat or A/C in your room. Our rooms were 75 & 77 degrees. We had adjoining rooms. Very unpleasant for sleep. Hotel brought us fans to use and had us switch off thermostat. Breakfast selection was the worst I’ve experienced for a hotel. Room not cleaned for two days and after we called to let front desk know that we needed towels and toilet paper- the next morning we heard banging & door slamming in room being cleaned before ours. So much so that we didn’t feel comfortable with our room being cleaned. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The only plus for the hotel was its location and the employees at the front desk were friendly.
