"Good location, friendly in need of a deep clean."

Location was great and room functional. Staff were obliging and helpful.

The fan / aircon regularly developed a deep shuddering drone that felt like a Mac truck was parked outside. Intrusive and uncomfortable. Wall where desk is needs a wipe down as smears and flecks went along to bar fridge and vent in bathroom was filthy.

Motel is very centrally located in town and our room was overlooking the Todd River. The room was very spacious and had two queen beds. The bathroom was also a good size with both a shower & bath. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space. The property is large & has a pool & laundry facilities. We loved the on-site restaurant, food was excellent & staff were super friendly.

Bad smell when we opened the bathroom door, toilet cystern constantly running & refilling was noisy all night (we reported, but was not rectified during our 3 night stay). Bathroom was not very clean. Only very large, high profile pillows supplied..

Being walking distance from the mall in Alice Springs

I moved a bed to find used band aids and baby bottle. No one has vacuumed in the room before we arrived. The bed was all ripped. I was charged twice for $50 and have no idea why. I'm emailed accor.
