What we didn’t like about this property was the bbq’s one didn’t work and the one that did was very dangerous and it melted my wife’s jacket plus you advertised a restaurant on your website and it closed

The card swipe access on both rooms required battery replacements and was a huge inconvenience as I have a 6 month old son and this required up and down travel to reception to notify them and I had groceries etc.

Great location! Easy to checkin and find hotel, parking was easy and spots always available, staff were so helpful, lifts were quick, value for money, room was big and it was interconnecting. Room had full kitchen, both rooms had a bathroom and balcony, view was great of the esplanade, shops around the area were easy to get too. Esplanade lagoon right across the road from the entrance! Easy walk to marina, woolies and night markets. Felt very safe in hotel.

Could have a bit cleaner when we got there. Towels could have been thicker and newer.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our 2.5-week trip to Australia and NZ. As Cairns was in the middle of our trip, we booked the one-bedroom apt to utilize the washer/dryer (located in the bathroom). Though the room was a bit dated, it had a beach resort feel, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony where we had both the mountain and the lagoon view. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionists were friendly. We even got some snacks to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The location was perfect, right across the lagoon and a 5-7-minute walk to the ferry terminal. We also enjoyed the short walk to the night market and the Little Sister restaurant. Parking is complimentary and attached to the hotel should you need one. There was a Woolworths behind the hotel.
