I loved that our room was right by the pool and office where the coffee was and we were able to park right outside our door in a handicapped parking spot it was super helpful for my dad with stage 4 cancer that can’t walk very far. The room was clean comfortable and quiet with a ton of good places really close by.

All the rooms were non smoking and I don’t smoke but all of the bedding had burn holes in it. It didn’t affect my stay in anyway but just kinda bothered me.

Nothing it was a horrible hotel and the staff will treat you poorly with a vengeance if you even bother to make any complaint

I didn’t like the constant harassment of homeless people in the hotel parking lot and around the building

When I left

I was approached by a prostitute/sex worker/drug deal upon arrival. The door security lock was hard to engage and didn’t feel secure I didn’t sleep much neither did my father because he had safety concerns. Opted to not stay the remainder of the days we needed to be in Tucson at this facility
