It was clean, facilities are good.

The front office lady was friendly.

There were homeless people walking around the property. The property was really run down. There were 2 ladies in the parking lot going through multiple suitcases that were not theirs. Someone tried beating my door down with me in the room. I called the front desk and they escorted me to my car. I only stayed at the property for a few hours. Very unsafe. I don't recommend staying here.

I didn’t it’s in a bad area. The staff was the only good thing there.

Too much drug user and random people coming in and out. That didn’t even stay there.

The staff were exceptionally helpful.. I had a difficult accommodation requirement. They were excellent The hotel is old....but the staff is kind.

Loosing my reserved level one room which I required.
