Bed was worn out and the pillows were too. I got some more pillows from the office. The walls are very thin. Could hear people around us all night long. We were on 2nd floor.

They have upgraded this property. Our room was very clean and pretty. The problem was, there was no heat so we were pretty cold. But the hot water was a bit too hot!! Strange,, but overall, it was convenient for us.

Great location to the Redwoods. Staff was friendly and overall good price for product.

We booked a room that said it was ADA Wheelchair accessible and it was not. Its a shame to lie to disabled people.

The only positive was the lady who greeted us at midnight on arrival. She was friendly and helpful. The staff after her, not so much. We had two rooms. Both two queen beds. The beds in the larger room squeaked. The second smaller room was dusty, outdated electrical, no a/c, mold under layers of calk in the shower, no strainer in the sink, stains on comforter, dirty doors and walls. To top it off the TV didn't work. Half inch gap under both doors. Hair dryers didn't work. The ice machine and water dispenser in the office were broken. Shall I continue? Oh yes and to make it better there were homeless people hanging around the parking lot.

Nice well furnished rooms. Helpful friendly staff.

Nice place

The staff was friendly and service was fast. The room was clean with average aged furnishings. The age of the building and windows made for loud street noise.
