Location! Location! Location!

The staff were friendly. The room was dirty upon check in (spills on the floor still, food residue on side tables, something wet and sticky on wall, tv remote was held together with scotch tape). Fridge was unplugged and flooded with water (from the freezer defrosted and not cleaned). Pillows were so hard it hurt my neck. The main door to the room and bathroom door was clearly kicked in several times and poorly repaired. The heater was so loud and on its last leg.

staff was very nice but it was filthy! The floor was so sticky that I had to wash the floors prior to us staying. We paid more to have 3 of us there but was given only 1 towel...when I went to the office to get adequate towels - we were given 2 clean towels! No washclothes or hand towels...but 2 clean towels.

Inside the room I had, the room/ bathroom wasn’t very clean, the bed was horrible, the door only had one lock which isn’t safe, and also had big gaps around and under the door.

I've stayed here several times. It's an older remodeled motel that is clean and the staff friendly. My only main issues is the bed. It's hard and just plain uncomfortable. Take some Advil when you go to bed, so you won't be so sore in the morning! The room upon first opening has a heavy smell of the vinyl flooring they remodeled with. The provided coffee in the room would be a "don't bother" and so walk yourself next door to Starbucks. Overall, I really can't complain too much since it's actually a good bang for the buck if you just need a place to land for the night.

The room was ridiculously dirty. The floor was sticky and our feet/socks were black within five minutes. After that, we kept shoes by the bed and wore them anytime we had to walk, even to the bathroom. The heat gave us trouble, the shower seemed like it was collecting water under the floor, and I waited too long to write this review, so my memory on other specifics isn't great, but overall it was kind of gross. We didn't ask to switch rooms because we assumed all rooms would be in the same condition. At checkout, when I reported these things to the employee, I only received a sorry and lots of "that's so strange, our housecleaners are usually stellar and that's our most popular room," which I was skeptical was true. Also, heads up, breakfast was some bananas, a small amount of cereal, and a half jug of milk in a fridge. Thankfully, there's a Starbucks next door, which was the best thing about our stay.

Isabel was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.
