Cheap, clean place. Is in a nice area. Check in was easy

I was so disappointed at the site and the conditions. Given the opportunity to TRY to cancel, was disappointed not to have access code sent to my CP. Tried numerous ways to cancel, no success. Told Mgr Ed, nice guy but told me to leave because of conditions, I did have info on my computer to cancel, but I dont travel with a computer.PLEASE cancel my charge on my AmEx card, If not I will report it as a SCAM. Site was somewhat under construction, the room I was assigned, was occupied at the time of arrival with a smoker present.Alternate room was not suitable as shown in pictures of site. Expedia should back off on this site. Good location downtown, not safe and a 'DUMP'

Did not know there was breakfast but if it was like the rest of the place I would not have eaten it

Room stunk of frabreeze, covering up something. Floors were sticky. Renovation debris and dust throughout the room. Only summer weight bed covers. The only heat was a small electric heater.

The location is perfect within walking distance of downtown

Beds were very uncomfortable but for a motel it is standard.

no one on the property at any time. got locked out of the room, called number provided online for hotel, which was an employee who hadn't worked there in months. once i entered the room there was tons of bed bugs and pesticide residue everywhere. it was uninhabitable.

Heater wasn't working.

No heat the room was freezing and the blankets were very thin. I was so cold I couldn’t fall asleep. No garbage cans in the room. Shower has huge bugs in it. Police were called because other motel guests were roudy and fighting so I was nervous staying in the room alone. Didn’t feel safe. Could not get t.v. To work at all.
