Community Court Motel

They communicated well and things were ready for my arrival. Had everything you need for a place to sleep and wash yourself.

I would have liked password encrypted WiFi. Some maintenance is needed in room. Like bathroom was missing lightbulb and accent metal on headboard of bed had come off and was sticking out. A refrigerator would be nice but was not promised so should not be expected.

I was really early and I called the number on the door and a lady named Holly answered and got me in 4 hours early. she was very accommodating and even though the motel was getting renovated, it was still clean and a friendly place to stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking to stay in Saratoga springs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. They are blaming Expedia for being under renovations and listing too many rooms being available saying that Expedia listed 45 rooms as available even though they told them they only shad 20 rooms… likely story…. We’ve had our room booked since the beginning of January for July 18-20 and just got a random cancellation today at 9 pm. Instead of working with Expedia to cancel the 25 overbooked rooms and calling the affected customers, they are just cancelling ALL rooms booked through a third party for every weekend (and probably weekday), more than doubling the prices and telling people they cannot honor original rates. The woman on the phone also told me that she can’t do anything because she “just answers the phone” as they are a “contactless” check in. She also said there is no management to speak with because of this. We now need to stay 20 miles away from Saratoga for Dave Matthew’s Weekend and change all of our plans and restaurant reservations because of this poorly managed hotel.

The bed was comfortable

Did not get a correct entry code and felt stranded since I had to find a place to charge and get WiFi to reach help to get a new code. The place is being renovated but seems very abandoned and creepy.
