Community Court Motel

It is the middle of construction with half the hotel off line. We got our rooms but most everyone else trying to check in before SPAC were disappointed. We lost power in one of the rooms. There was no staff.

We did not stay there that evening as the door did not lock and it was a motel with a room right to the parking lot therefore I cannot say that there was anything I liked about it

The door did not lock at all. You could just push it open. The air conditioning wasn’t working well. It was very warm in the room. I called the manager/owner and they said they would refund our money through Booking.com. I am not sure how that works but I’m looking forward to being refunded.

Nothing, the building is under renovation and it looked abandoned.

The conditions of the room.

We arrived to find many other people milling around the parking lot. Rooms had been left open and trashed. There were no hotel employees to be found. Their "contactless check in" is a scam. They gave us a code that didn't work and no one responded. We were in town for a concert at SPAC and there was no where else to stay, so we drove home 3 hours after the concert. Hotels.com cannot even contact them to get me a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE if you want an actual place to stay.

We’ve been going for 13 years and was surprised with the room. It was much more comfortable and clean then in past years

Not happy with the contactless service. Old school and like people on site to address our issues. It would have been ok if when you requested a new fridge because it wasn’t cold, tv wasn’t working, toilet issues and request extra towels someone addressed it. All we got was a “sorry this happened “ blah blah blah.

We like the location to the downtown. Walkable to many restaurants.

We had several issues with our room. When we arrived our TV did not work, toilet would not flush, tank did not fill, requested more towels as we only had 1 bath towel each and would be there for 3 nights. Spoke with Hollie and assured every day someone would address these issues. Never happened. Finally on our last night she told us where we could get towels. We left with tv and toilet not working. Unacceptable.

Can someone tell me if they are still open? It looks closed and/or under construction. There are no cars there and the front Desk is closed.

Hello and good morning Holly, Last night was scary and uncomfortable to say the least. First, walking into the room you could tell that the cleaning staff left halfway through cleaning the room. The spray bottle and rag, un swept floor, and the day old cake and open cans in the refrigerator. To top it off at 12.06 pm I was woken up by a man at my door. He was able to get into the room successfully claiming he had the code from last night. That was so scary and could have really but my life at risk. I could not sleep the rest of the night in fear someone could come inside. I am asking for you to be resolve this issue. I would like a full refund please. If I need to go through booking.com let me know. If this can be resolved simply I will not post an online review. Best,  Michael Beltrone
