Community Court Motel

We only pick this location because it was the only thing affordable for the Dave Matthews concert SPAC weekend. We paid $281 for a complete shit hole because just the Holiday Inn was $581 for that weekend. Would never have stayed there if we had a better option.

Booked this property for a stay on June 12th after booking the room I proceeded to go to the property to checkin upon arrival I received a text thanking me for booking the room and how they look forward to seeing me I showed up within 15 min of booking and when I got there there was nobody at the front desk or on the property to allow me access to my room so I had no choice but to go down the road and obtain another hotel room at a different property after falling asleep there I received a text message at 4:38am giving me an access code to the room at this time I had already been fast asleep in another room elsewhere. I have tried since to reach out to the property as well as Expedia for a refund on the room since I didn’t stay and hadn’t been able to get in contact via phone around July 8th I was in contact with someone at the property via Expedia messages who said they would reach out to me that day to discuss the situation I haven’t heard from them since I just want to have this matter resolved and taken care of very disappointed with this situation and hope others do not encounter the same situation as I have.

Electronic door locks did not work well. Blinds didn’t cover the entire window. Very expensive for poor quality…not like the pictures.

Proximity to town is excellent, easy parking included . Super comfy bed.

Lack of outlets and no outlet found in the bathroom

This place that I have stayed at the last few years is now a complete joke being renovated (which is good) but how booking.com could allow them to take reservations in the condition it is in with not one staff member on site to help you other than a phone number pinned to the office door and a nasty young b**** who is completely clueless that calls you back is beyond comprehension !!! We obviously didn't stay there !!!

Staff was friendly. The hotel is so quaint and the town was so fun to walk around! Very impressed !
