Breakfast should be included in our stay otherwise coffee ☕️ was good

Breakfast I really want in hotel

Location was good, within walking distance to the downtown.

The coffemaker kept leaking and they did not have a decaf option for coffee. The front desk had packages but they had to cut the filters to fit the size of the coffeemaker. I made due but just a suggestion to have decaf options.

Spa/pool and room was great. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely like to return.

The pool & hot tub were alright, and they allowed an early check in.

The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was grime in the shower, and the floors were not suitable. There were stains on the furniture. The overall appearance of the outdoor parking lot and lobby was sub-par.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, could’ve been improved with a matress topper

Run down, room smelled like dog

Needed some work was not great shape but clean

The Denny’s was not clean smelled like stale old oil. Would not eat there.

I liked the small fridge (and microwave, although I didn't use it THIS time) because I could bring along some fruit and decaf coffee. The hotel is centrally located , walking distance to a mall and a pleasant area for an early morning walk . The front desk staff were polite , informative and easy to understand.

The pillows were large and very fluffy ; I like flatter pillows . Not exactly a deal breaker though.
