"Clean and Friendly"

Greeted upon entry. Clean room. Modern room. Refreshed towels without me asking which I loved. Just need another hook or two in bathroom to hang towels.

"Nice, clean hotel"

We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly and would say hello as we were coming & going. The indoor pool was nice. The towels at the pool were not restocked as often as maybe they should be but we had our own so it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was good. There is a nice breakfast area with restaurant like seating.

Very clean, comfortable, and great staff.

The lobby smelled strongly of old lady perfume. That is honestly the worst thing I can say.

"Don't take room 304."

Problems with the room: thermostat does not work, so the air conditioner was shut off by the hotel staff and did not operate afterward. The bathroom basin has no hot water-- only cold. There were no other rooms available for us to move.

"Comfy beds, bathroom floor somewhat filthy."

The people and the breakfast were highlights. Didnt use but appreciated the laundry machines!

The bathroom floor tiling grout was filthy and there was mold growing on the tub surfaces. There were carpeting remnants dumped in the stairwell. The window shade was frayed and looked shabby.

"I AM WAITING FOR A REFUND"

The reservation I made said they could not meet my request and I would have to visit the property and pay there, I booked at a different property and you still took my MONEY EVEN THO THIS PROPERTY SAID IT WAS UNABLE TO TAKE MY RESERVATION???
