At check in I was told I would get the $20 extra person fee back because I had 1 adult and 2 kids instead of 3 adults and my card was charged the original amount. Breakfast was below average, room had an odor, killed 3 spiders in our bathroom. 2 of the desk workers were great, one was unfriendly!

"I didn’t get to stay!"

When I walked in, it appeared to be very clean! Smelled really nice and the front desk clerk was very polite!

What I didn’t like was that I booked and I had to modify the days which I did 11 days prior to my stay and when I got there, I couldn’t even get a room because the modification didn’t update in their system even though I had an email saying that it did completely! And being that I booked with booking.com , there was nothing they could even do so I had to find my family a different accommodation quickly!

"Bed bugs!"

We stayed 2 nights and found bed bugs. Tried speaking to management. However, they were not available, we checked out early. We're from out of state, I had no idea what a bed bug even looked like until we Googled it to compare, disgusting. I will never stay there again, that's for sure. The general manager has finally contacted me almost a week after my stay to say I am not telling the truth. I have no reason to lie. I live in a $500,000.00 home and it's extremely clean, I know for sure we didn't bring them with us, and I know what we found at the hotel. Never again!! Beware!
