Holiday Inn Express Louisville Northeast by IHG

We had more trouble booking through Expedia. We were over booked twice. Called and refund did not show up on credit card. Booking iterinery showed one price, actual hotel stay showed another lower price which was printed on receipt. Will never book through Expedia again.

Front seat people were not friendly. The person in the food prep area was very nice

Great stay. Comfy beds. Kind front desk. Tamara at the front desk is awesome. Provided a lot of information about the area. Great egg omlet (100 calorie) for breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes that you make yourself, oatmeal, sausage biscuits, fruit, juice, coffee, cinnamon buns, bagels, muffin etc. I came to visit for 1 night, my siblings and I. We got a room with 2 queens and sofabed. We each had our own bed. The pool looks very nice - indoor. Nice area. Try the fiesta time restaurant next door. I would definitely stay again. Simple clean and comfy hotel.

This hotel was truly a nightmare for our out-of-town guests. We selected this hotel for our out-of-town training attendees, and they've had the WORST time at this hotel. The front desk guy is rude to everyone and never had any answers to simple questions. His response to every question was "idk I just work here." The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush, the printer didn't work, and the rooms were dirty. I submitted a CC authorization form to pay for 1 room and they used our card to pay for all of our guests rooms. The front desk staff is clueless and don't care about their job. I will never use this hotel again and please please please don't book a room at this hotel. It's the WORST!

Excellent stay! The hotel staff is remarkable; friendly and efficient. The room clean and spacious. Wonderful breakfast available. 5 Stars!

Needing to be at a local hospital at 5am for surgery my wife and I decided to spend the night fairly close to the hospital. Check in went smoothly with the staff being very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were nicely landscaped. The room was clean and well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and the usual bulk shampoo, etc. The hotel had fresh baked cookies in the lobby and a buffet breakfast I could not take advantage of. There was an indoor pool and exercise room.

It's a great property. They need some hooks in the bathroom for the towels.
