Village Inn & Suites

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.

The A/C did not work in the 6 rooms that we booked. Staff could not help with the temperature 31 degrees it was a hot sweltering night.

The property itself was convenient as far as location and places to go for meals. The breakfast included with the stay was quite good and no issues there. Unfortunately the restaurant on site is closed on the weekends so we had to go out to find other places to dine. My main issue was finding out the air conditioner didn't work. When we arrived and checked in, we turned it on and went out to tour around. When we came back it was then we found out the AC had not been working and the room was terribly warm. When I went down to the desk to let them know the lady basically told me there had been other complaints and she had been trying to get ahold of maintenance but had been unable too. Rather than suggesting a move to a different room she said I could complain to Expedia for a refund and we could go to another hotel... I don't think I am about to pack up at 8pm and try to find another hotel. Not sure I would go there again.

Room and hallway were very hot, AC in the room couldn’t keep up. Our key had to be reprogrammed every time we left the room. The girl at the front was nice though !

The hotel is falling apart.

Love their continental breakfast. I really get up early so I won’t miss the breakfast, very clean place, spacious and staff very friendly and helpful

Conditioner was not working, the window was broken and did not fully close, wet and humid room

The Carpet in the Corridor is smelly it makes nesty smeel in the room. Poor response of staff when a suddn power outage occerd at my room.it took 1hour waiting to fix.

Air conditioning not the best, and the toilet needs stronger flush power. The breakfast was very good
