Best Western Lake Oswego Hotel & Suites

The room was great, actually one of the best I experienced. The staff was great. Breakfast was OK for me but I don’t eat breakfast. If you are breakfast lovers it will be very disappointing experience.

There is no real security. The guys from the front desk are sometimes in the back room so everyone can come in. I didn’t feel safe enough to leave my laptop in the room so I had to carry it all the time. The worst is the noise 24/7 noisy. Very noisy. So noisy that they put earplugs in the room. This must be stated in the hotel advertisement. If I knew it in advance I wouldn’t book with them. The noise is the reason for the rating I gave

We liked the location.

The bed sheets had stains like they were reused in our room. Along with clumps of hair in our shower drain that wasn’t cleaned. The guy at the front desk is not personable, dry and very socially awkward. We were happy to have breakfast in the morning but since only 1 person is doing it alone, most of the food was empty and took a long time to fill up.

Great staff. Helpful, friendly, flexible.

Staff was very nice! My dad forgot his insulin in the refrigerator and we didn’t notice until after check out. I called and they were really helpful in trying to find it or ask the housekeepers if it had been thrown away.

It’s close to the freeway so you hear some noise, but it’s not bad at all.
