Best Western Lake Oswego Hotel & Suites

It was clean, comfortable and had what we needed.

Our room was noisy. We could hear I-5, but wasn’t super loud. We slept fine.

Great hotel, it’s a safe area and I felt comfortable parking my car. Very nice clean room and comfortable bed. The hot tub is nice and hot.

Room was clean! Love the flooring way better than carpet. Hallways to the room should be upgraded also! Staff was friendly. Bed frames are metal which is great for cleanliness but one of the beds in our double queen room made a horrible sound everytime you rolled over. Load enough to wake up other member if the room.

I left my portable charger, went back a couple of hours later to retrieve it and they returned it to me! Wow, what excellent service. The person at the desk said it was probably on the cleaning person’s cart and sure enough it was returned to me in a bag. They also provided ear plugs since the property is located ear the freeway. It’s the first place I have stayed in many years that has provided them for free!!

Big room

Breakfast was not great. They were out of several things and the biscuits and gravy were cold. Would not recommend this breakfast.

Centrally located hotel w easy access to the freeway, which did mean there was highway noise. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast provided multiple options.

We booked the family auite and we really liked it. It had 3 queen beds, 2 tvs, and a sofa. It was perfect fornwhat we needed.
