Best Western Town Center Inn

I would not recommend this hotel. The elevator and AC were broken. We had to switch rooms.

Best Western, Thank you for the great hospitality. I enjoy staying at this particular hotel for the convenience. We I stay at Best Western I can always expect a warm welcome and a clean room.

At first glance my room looked great but later I dropped my phone charger behind the nightstand and saw trash. It was then that I looked at the room more closely. There was candy on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, there was a taco bell wrapper behind the nightstand and several small "Happy meal" type toys. Next to the other bed there was more visible dirt on the floor and just behind the headboard there was two dead roaches. The door to the cabinet that housed the refrigerator seemed to be a little hard to open and close. I notified the front desk of the things I had found and they immediately sent someone to reclean the room. Upon returning I noticed most of everything had been cleaned but the kids toys and dead roaches were missed. I stayed for three days and by the end of the third day the bottom hinge of the refrigerator cabinet completely came off. I let the front desk know and was offered a different room but I was planning on leaving the next morning so I didn't take it. The breakfast buffet was great, it was different every morning and there was also fresh fruit and boiled eggs so that was nice. Overall, I had a good stay, the staff was pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

Every staff I met were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room, lobby and other areas kept very clean. In a quiet area allowing good night sleep. Breakfast section staff, Cindy kept the items stocked well and kept the dining area clean. I will recommend it to travelers to Weslaco, Texas.

We came for a day trip for a funeral and they were so quick and accommodating to let us check in early to get ready. The room was great and the staff was so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was really good we loved the mini waffle maker it helped to not eat such a large waffle but was able to split between the two of us. Thank you for everything.

I was actually very impressed and told my husband as I had travelled alone. The staff was super friendly, helped me out twice on a personal issue I had. I even enjoyed the coffee and I'm a Starbucks, Costa Rica coffee girl. What I didn't care for was the tv program selection. Very basic.

Easy parking, located around places with food, not too busy, and clean

The staff is very friendly it's so clean. Beds are comfy rooms are cold loved it

The property could use some plant maintenance.
