Property, Staff, Sleep and Stay were excellent! But a suggestion would be having a wheel chair for medical needs. I needed a wheel chair due to a heart condition and none were available. Just a suggestion, I’ll definitely return here!

"Best of Best Weaterns Mc Allen Texas"

I’ve stayed at a lot of Best Westerns this was absolutely the best one so far. Happy smiles. Helpful. Patient. Breakfast was best ever all 5 days and clean. The employees tho make it the best. Even the man that picks up after the people in the parking lot that shouldn’t have to but cleans their laziness I watched him while standing outside smiled at patrons wishing them a good day. So impressed. I loved my stay.

"Great place to stay."

The Hotel was very clean, the staff their are great. I only had the breakfast a couple times and it was good hot and fresh, the hot sauce was great. It does offer good amenities with the gym, pool, and a guest laundry room. I would definitely use them again when I am back in the area.

I found a dirty towel under the sink, and the AC sounded like we had a generator running all night long! It did not regulate the temperature and kept waking up due to the extremely loud noise of the AC unit.
