The room

When I got dere my reservation wasn't in the system so how embarrassing it was for me thinking I had a reservation and I had to make one with them again so I think I need a free room from booking .com if u don't believe me check the booking status

Everything from check-in to check out was great. The carts for our bags were readily available. The lobby was nice and clean. Ours kids loved the pool. The team members we came across were Rob and Alyssa, who were very friendly and professional. Then breakfast in the morning was also delicious. Our stay was great!

"Best Hilton we’ve stayed at!"

My family recently visited this hotel and we had the best time! My daughter loved swimming in the pool and my toddler enjoyed walking around the lobby. Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Aleister and Jorge. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

"Relaxing, Clean, and Family-Friendly Stay"

We had a great stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and nice and quiet, which made it very relaxing. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved it. The staff really made the difference — Rob and Alyssa were especially kind, helpful, and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

"Amazing Experience/ Great Time!"

My family stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hoffman Estates recently and it was fantastic! The staff there is great, Espically Rob and Daniel, they were incredibly kind and attentive and made our stay feel like we were home. My son also loved the pool!

We always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when the family is getting together and we love it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby has been updated and is always tidy. I can’t say enough good things about Alyssa at the front desk, tho. She is absolutely amazing and we are always glad to see her. So friendly and helpful. Give her a raise!!
