My family and were visiting from California, and luckily we stayed here at the Hoffman Estates. Javier checked us in and he was so pleasant and helpful! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning and Lynn and Jorge were great! We appreciate their patience and cheerfulness. We will definitely be staying here again!

"Lynn was the best server!"

We had breakfast at the radiant inside the hotel. My husband and I got the buffet and my son ordered the pancakes with bacon. The food was delicious and the service was STELLAR! Lynn was out server and she was kind, knowledgeable, and on top of everything.

"Exceptional Staff — Alyssa, Rob, and Randy are all stars!"

I recently had to stay for a period of four nights twice in the same month due to an ill family member that I was visiting. The entire staff, especially Alyssa, Rob, and Randy, went out of their way to make sure that I had nothing to worry about during a very stressful time in my life. I can honestly say this hotel was a home away from home when I very much needed to feel comfortable. I cannot say enough, good words about this hotel, and the level of service they provide. I will absolutely be returning anytime I need to be in the Chicagoland area, even if it means driving some distance, as this hotel stands out as one of the best.

Ivan in charge of the bar was super extra good, very friendly, kind and respectfully the best! The chef/ cook makes the best salmon I have had ever! Thanks to both for making my stay so pleasent!
