a massive shout out to Darian who promptly returned a email prior to our arrival to streamline our check-in. Another massive shout out to Lynnil check us in and was so lovely to my Mum who was celebrating her 78th birthday. what a wonderful team of hospitality Legends. Thank you so much

My third time to visit sunny coast. Third time to stay at this hotel. Everything is so good. Had a free bottle of wine. The outdoor pool is amazing. Room is so spacious and staff so friendly. On the last day my flight is in the afternoon. I still got the pass to enjoy the pool after I checked out. I will come back, again!

Staff and Management were excellent. Local dining and entertainment was excellent. Condition of room was very dated and carpet was lifting in places. There was mould around the A/ Con vents and dust on top of fixtures. Cutlery was not clean and had to be washed before using.
