Nice apartment close to restaurants and the beach

Location is great, handy access to beach & shops etc. The staff are friendly, with the rooms being comfortable & clean. For an overnight stay it was ok for us

It is an amaxing facility. I have stayed many times. A few rooms could do with a makeover. But location is the key

The bathroom needs an update as the shower recess very difficult to get into as it is quite high. The bed was extremely hard. The hotel staff were fabulous and the location.

I had asked for a high floor as i am a light sleeper, we arrived late friday night, checkin was easy went to tom to find we were on the bottom floor, room was outdated, bed was so hard we both woke with sore backs, all through the night we could hear the peole above us, even when they used the bathroom, i went to speak to the reception who then went to speak to the manager, we were told we would have to pay extra to upgrade which we did as couldn't spend another 3 nights on that bed, the next room was better.

The reception area was excellent and very helpful. The staff you did happen to meet were all friendly and helpful. The room itself had a pokie odd bedroom with a cupboard that had limited hanging space as drawers in the ways. There were good facilities as in kitchen/laundry/shower. The shower was off putting with the glass wall into the bedroom. Not sexy at this age. The WC smelt of urine and the timber slated blinds on the sliding door needed a good dusting especially on the back side. The room in itself looked liked it was just left over space and had limited view to the ocean but overlooked the the very noisy intersection of Lanning Street and the Esplanade. The motor bikes really revved in the nighttime to make it up the hill.

We stayed for 7 days in 2 bedroom apartment. Fantastic master bedroom, small 2nd room (for 2 teenagers). 2 bathrooms that were lovely and decent sized. Great balcony. Great location near beach and headland. Not too far to reach the flags for swimming. Great options for food. Quiet. Location. Very close to Coles. Only annoying thing is that they don’t service at all in 7 days and don’t leave you enough toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing tablets and washing detergent to keep towels washed. Had to buy and waste supplies as we were flying home. Would stay again

This is our second stay at Mantra Mooloolaba but this time we were slightly disappointed. I thought I had booked the same type of room as last time (ocean superior)for the start of our stay upgrading to 3 bed after 4 days. but apparently I had not booked the superior room. The difference between ocean view and ocean view superior is no fixed cook top in kitchen a tiny fridge and no dishwasher. The manager was amazing and did end up shifting us to the bigger room we had booked earlier. This was not our major concern though what annoyed us was that the indoor pool was out of action for a week of our stay and this was one of the main reason we had booked mantra. We has no notification of this. The website stated there was renovations to the front building but no mention of the pool. To top it off the spa pool also broke down and was not heating and it rained most of the time so a warm spa or swim in indoor pool would have been lovely. Management didn’t even offer to reduce the charge for the one night upgrade, for the inconvenience of the pool being out of action. Although this annoyed us it would not stop me staying again as this hotel is very central and the option of the indoor and outdoor pool are great (when working),

Great location - everything walkable & easy. Plenty to see and do .. beaches, dining, tourist trips, river cruises, waterworld, supermarkets, etc. Safe & fun for all ages. Parking area a little hard to find and staff probably need to make this a bit clearer and use of hotel cards.

Perfect location, with easy access to the beach, shops, Coles and only a short walk from the aquarium. There is no need to move your car once you have parked it securely in the underground car park. The indoor pool was well used. The outdoor pool could benefit from solar heating. It can get a bit noisy down the main drag with car enthusiasts out to impress. We will be back as this is the perfect location to holiday.
