MINORS ACCOMMODATION POLICY By determination of Federal Law No. 8,069, dated 07/13/1990, it is not permitted to accommodate children under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. Please note that room service is available daily from 06:00 to 22:00. The spa is open on Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00. On Saturday and Holidays is open from 09:00 to 18:00 Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 75 BRL per night, Please note that a maximum of 1 pets is allowed per booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Our hotel is undergoing improvements to welcome you even better. During this period, our social areas and some apartments are under renovation. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to your comfort. Please note that renovation work of the social areas and some apartments will be carried out from 01/04/2026 to 20/07/2026Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
