The staff were exceptional and very helpful throughout my 4-night stay. The location of the hotel is also a major highlight it is very convenient and situated in a great area. Generally, the facilities and value for money were good.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the presence of bed bugs in the room. This made getting a restful night's sleep very difficult and is a serious hygiene concern. I strongly recommend that the hotel management take immediate action to inspect and treat the rooms to ensure this is resolved for future guests.
