Our room was nice, cozy and clean.

Front desk attendant was ok. Not sure if he ever actually looked at us, definitely did not smile, somewhat impersonal. Also noticed the hallway was noticably dirty, as if it hadn't been vacuumed for a few days, although there was a group of young gymnasts there which may explain some of the mess.

The location was great for visiting family.

The room temperature could only be regulated by the air conditioner. The windows do not open. The sheets on the bed do not breathe. The 2 chairs and sofa in our room were uncomfortable. Breakfast was crowded over the weekend, and the staff had difficulty keeping the buffet stocked, including plates and cups.

Comfortable room. Pleasant staff.

Seemed a little unkempt- spots in carpet, etc. Maybe needs a little care. Orange juice was watery and coffee was weak.

Clean and friendly staff.

Small fitness room, no dumbbells.

Breakfast was quite frankly disappointing. On or first stay there was no sausage with twenty minutes time left. When I enquirer if the server would prepare more the reply was, NO. The next morning I went down promptly at 6:00am expecting the breakfast bar to be ready and the food at least warm. There was nothing ready. While one resident complained loudly, I preferred to use the rating system to register my displeasure. The bar opened with hot food 15 minutes late.

An effort could have been made by the worker to prepare at least a few more sausages even though there was only twenty minutes remaining in the scheduled breakfast time. The person in charge of the breakfast bar should understand the importance of living up to the timetable utilized as “ company policy “..
