Family Selection at Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Es hermoso el lugar, deliciosa la comida y sin duda un lugar para descansar.

Cuando terminamos de hacer check in, nos llevaron con una persona que nos iba a explicar sobre la experiencia en el hotel, sin embargo, nos quiso vender una experiencia extra, lo cual nos sentimos obligados a aceptar un desayuno ya que insistía mucho. A la mañana siguiente, la verdad no asistimos porque desde el dia anterior le habías comentado que no nos interesaba. Bajando de desayunar de uno de los restaurantes, ahi estaba el vendedor esperando y nos hizo sentir muy incómodos, en toda la estancia cada que nos lo encontrábamos nos hacía mala cara, incluso al hacer check out ahi estaba detrás de nosotros. En general me encanto el hotel, es hermoso, pero esta experiencia nos molesto mucho.

Had problems with the app and it never was resolved so it was really hard to book into the la carte restaurants...the ones we went to were not that great anyway so we stuck with the buffet. Had to leave early and was trying to gift someone the rest of our stay and they wouldn't allow it.

Gorgeous property with so many things to do.

The food was delicious, but could have benefited from more vegetarian protein options for kids. Like a veggie burger or veggie dog. Lots of yummy beans and vegetable dishes available.

Family Selection has a great pool and poolside food options. The view is amazing. Ocean tide pool is great. The Magic show was the best for having kids be engaged and watching every movement.

Food at restaurants was hard to eat. Dry and flavorless. I had a ribeye that I am not sure was cow as it had zero flavor and very very chewy. With family side there is construction next door. It wasn't terrible but not a great view from in room decks on that side. I found the experience didnt live up to the booking description or how it was presented to us at check in. The upgrade of family selection is worth it for room service if you have kids. It advertised all these things for the kids but that was not our expereince.

Food was just ok. Service could be hit or miss at the restaurants.
